Masterclass purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee with advance written notice.

Mentorship / Atelier SessionsAtelier sessions are non-refundable once booked.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice.
No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session.

Platform ProcessingAll payments are processed through third-party platforms (SimpleTix or Eventbrite). Refund requests must comply with those platform policies.
